Textor is a brand name used by Governor following the purchase of the business of Textor Webmasters in 2009.

We are a web development company providing a fast and efficient service to designers and their clients. Governor are specialists in Windows Phone development, Umbraco CMS solutions, Email Marketing company, Newsletters Designers & CRM Solutions.

We build content managed websites and online stores for businesses and not-for profit organisations who value our straightforward approach and commitment to long term customer satisfaction.

In doing so we are able to offer our design partners the ability to extend the range of services they provide to their clients, without the cost of creating inhouse expertise.
