Currency Converter Terms of Use

Governor Textor Ltd (Textor) makes the Currency Converter (the Converter) generally available at no cost.

Users agree that they will register on the form provided.

Textor makes no claims or warranties as to the accuracy and timeliness of the information. Textor also makes no warranty that the programs are bug free.

Textor does not guarantee continuous operation of the service, and does not guarantee indefinite continuation of the service.

The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the Converter for its usage. Textor make no representations as to the suitability of the Converter for any particular purpose.

The format and operation of the Converter may be changed from time to time. The intention is that the general size and scope of the Converter will not change, but the exact dimensions may change.

Samples of the Javascript files are included on the converter web site for information. These should never be used in live use as they contain old and innacurate exchange rates.

The Converter may at some time in the future include a sponsor statement.

User agrees that the Converter will not be used on sites which violate normal taste and decency standards. This for example would exclude pornographic, racially or otherwise intolerant, or offensive sites. Textor reserves the right to object to the use of the Converter if in its opinion the site violates normal taste and decency standards. User agrees that they will withdraw the Converter from their site if asked to do so by Textor.

The User acknowledges that Intellectual Property Rights in the Converter are the property of Textor.

Textor will not be responsible for any liabilities incurred by any user of the Converter no matter how incurred.
