Newsletters and microsites

Registration

The registration form can be customised with our form builder.  We can require registration for access to parts of the site.  So for example we can require registration before giving access to white papers.

Details of registered users can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.

Extranet

Users can be set up in the control area and given access to parts of the site not available to the public.  For example you might set up a customer support area and give your customers access to it.

Users can be grouped by company, so you can give different content to staff in different companies.

Newsletter

The newsletter is an HTML newsletter (i.e. includes formatting and graphics) and is sent to registered users.  Textor uses the software to send out it's monthly column.    Each newsletter is set up initially as a web page in the normal way.  An archive can be set up by creating a listing page to list newsletters and this will be a part of the website.  When being viewed in the archive the newsletters will have the normal web site branding and navigation. However when the newsletter is distributed it takes on a new format more oriented to email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.

This software is not intended for large-scale spamming from a purchased list of millions of email addresses, but is intended for opt-in lists - which we have found to be a much more succesful approach..
