Support and Maintenance
A good website will rarely stay static for very long. In fact the whole reason to have a Content Management System is to enable you to adapt it to meet changing needs.
Whilst you should be able to make most changes to your site through the CMS, there may be times when you need help reminding how to do something, or sometimes it's quicker to get an expert to make a change for you.
Occasionally, especially on dynamic sites with lots of content and data, things can go wrong and you need help fixing them. Or you may want to make functional changes to the site which require some additional development.
For all of these reasons and more, we provide most of our customers with an ongoing support service that enables you to call on us at short notice to help you with edits, fixes or making small scale changes to your site.
In exchange for a monthly retainer, we set aside resources so that our team can provide a priority service to respond quickly and efficiently to your requests. This means we don't need to separately quote for each little piece of work, and then fit it around the rest of our commitments - which would otherwise delay the work getting done.
This service is entirely optional, but highly recommended, especially for larger sites and any site involving e-commerce transactions.

We have developed a simple online support system that enables customers to record any support requests, communicate with our team in respect of progress, and be notified when work has been completed.
