Support
Good and popular websites are updated regularly to keep in touch with the needs of visitors and the business. As a result most clients will need some help with their site from time to time - and often at short notice.
For example people want to intorduce new types of content or pages, re-organise their site or move images around. Occasionally they will make a mistake that they find they can't fix.
For these reasons and more we provide an optional support service for most of the websites we develop, which can be called upon at short notice when required.
Online Ticketing system
We have developed a support ticketing system that enables customers to log any issues that arise, either enhancements or maintenance jobs, and then track progress towards resolution.
This system can be branded so designers can provide a seamless front line support experience while Textor remains in the background.
Retained Services
Support is generally provided using a flexible retained services model. The fee for the service reflects an agreed number of hours available under the contract.
We will recommend a level of support that we feel is appropriate for each site based on our experience. Generally bigger and more complex sites, especially e-commerce enabled sites, will require a greater level of support. If you have multiple sites we are supporting then the charges can be spread across them for greater cost effectiveness.
The service is entirely optional but if it is not taken up then we may not be abe to respond as quickly as you would like when our help is needed.
