So we can't just leave your customers to fend for themselves or your other business may suffer. Our tracking systemWe have developed a support system that tracks any issues that arise, either enhancements or maintenance jobs, and keeps the customer informed of progress. You can go into our support database at any time and see if there are any outstanding issues. If a ticket required design input you will be brought into the loop. This system is provided to your customers with your branding. MaintenanceFor larger sites we suggest a small retainer to allow us to provide ongoing support without having to generate a quotation for every small job. For e-commerce systems we always include the maintenance contract as a mandatory part of the quotation. Our experience is that this type of site always requires an amount of ongoing support The maintenance contract covers any number of small (less that 2 hour) jobs. This allows us to make small changes or investigate problems without having to make quotations and get approval for costs. |
